FAQ

What the practice is, and what it leaves you.

Two engagements, one qualification, and a handoff your operators can run.

What is E31 Consulting?
The practice that builds use cases on the E31 ecosystem. Certified engineers either sit with your team or take a scoped outcome in-house, and they leave a use case running on your appliance that your operators can change.
What is the difference between the two engagements?
Forward-deployed engineers work inside your organization and learn the use case on the desk that owns it. An in-house project is scoped to an outcome you can name, built by E31 engineers, and handed back running. The qualification is the same. The place the learning happens is not.
What does certified mean?
Trained and qualified by Element 31 on Czar, Substrate, and Agency, and cleared to build customer use cases on that stack. The qualification is ours, and it means those engineers can build on those products.
What do we actually receive?
A published use case on your appliance: the version, the material it may read, the calls it may make, the role that approves, and notes your operators can use to change it. Forward-deployed, your people have published with the engineers. In-house, they receive that package and can publish the next version on Agency.
Does our data have to leave the site?
The engagement follows the deployment you already chose. Air-gapped work is done in that posture. A connected site uses the systems you already secure. The engineers use the paths the appliance was given.
Do we need the appliance first?
The use case runs on Czar. Engagements are arranged with Element 31 as part of an appliance relationship, so the engineers are building on hardware you control, in the posture that site uses.
Where do our people log in?
Consulting is the practice, and this site is the explanation of it. After the handoff, operators run the use case on E31 Agency. Customers handle support, billing, and updates in E31 Online.
How does an engagement start?
With Element 31, as part of the appliance relationship. This site is the explanation of the practice. Customers continue the operational relationship in the portal.
